These 1942 Australian Florins are presented in lustrous uncirculated grade, and supplied in a brand new 2x2 SAFLIP.

1942 Australian florin obverse features the bare head of King George VI facing left, with the surrounding legend: 'GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX F:D:IND:IMP.'

On the reverse a kangaroo and an emu stand either side of a shield, with representations of the 6 states. Above the shield is the word 'FLORIN', and the royal crown. Below is the date, and the word 'AUSTRALIA'. In the fields are golden wattle branches.
