The 1951 PL Australian Sixpence was minted in London, England, with an approximate mintage of approx. 20,024,000.

It is considered common for the period

I would grade this example as Very Fine.

The 1951 PL Australian Sixpence obverse features the bare head of King George VI facing left, with the legend: 'GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX F:D:IND:IMP.'.

The reverse shows the word 'SIXPENCE' and the Australian Coat of Arms. A kangaroo
and an emu hold a shield, with a star above. Below is a scroll with the words 'ADVANCE
AUSTRALIA', then the date underneath.

Supplied in a brand new 2x2 coin holder.
