This LAST PREFIX & 5 DIGIT RADAR 2019 Australian Twenty Dollar Note carries the LOWE/FRASER Rare Signature Combination.

An amazing combination of both Last prefix (EA) and 5 digit RADAR in one!.

This note is in Extremely Fine grade in my opinion, with 3 light vertical fold across the clear panel, and two extremely light fold lines (please see images).

John A. Fraser resigned as Secretary of the Treasury Department in July 2018. The new $20 polymer notes were not released until the 9th of October 2019.

Despite this, his signature appears on these low prefix numbered, 2019 dated notes.

His replacement, Phil Gaetjens signature also appears on what seems to be the majority of the new Twenty Dollar notes.

Finding these notes in the wild has proven difficult, leading to the conclusion that this signature combination is quite rare, with a small to very small print run comparatively to the Lowe/Gaetjens variety.

The RBA has finally released printing numbers for these notes. Confirming both the EA prefix as being the last prefix in this run, and a much lower print run of 190,000!.
