Our Holiday Trading Hours (Online Orders):

We're open online 24/7 for you to browse and place orders! However, please note the following regarding processing and shipping during Queensland public holidays:

  • Order Processing: Orders placed on a Queensland public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping: As Australia Post does not operate on public holidays, any orders placed just before or during a public holiday will be shipped on the next business day when postal services resume.

Annual Public Holidays (and potential impact on shipping):

  • New Year's Day (January 1st): 🥂🎉 Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the next business day (typically January 2nd, unless it falls on a weekend).
  • Australia Day (January 26th): 🇦🇺🦘 Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the next business day (typically January 27th, unless it falls on a weekend).
  • Easter Period (Good Friday ✝️, Easter Saturday 🍫, Easter Sunday 🐰, Easter Monday 🐣): Orders placed during the Easter long weekend will be processed and shipped starting on the Tuesday following Easter Monday.
  • Anzac Day (April 25th): 🇦🇺 Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the next business day (typically April 26th, unless it falls on a weekend).
  • Labour Day (First Monday in May): 🛠️👷♀️ Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the following Tuesday.
  • Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) Holiday (August - Date Varies by Region): 🎡🎠 Orders placed on or around this date (specific to the Ekka holiday in your region) will be processed and shipped starting on the next business day 
  • King's Birthday (First Monday in October): 👑🎂 Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the following Tuesday.
  • Christmas Day (December 25th): 🎄🎁 Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the next business day after the Boxing Day public holiday (typically December 27th, unless it falls on a weekend).
  • Boxing Day (December 26th): 🛍️📦 Orders placed on or around this date will be processed and shipped starting on the next business day (typically December 27th, unless it falls on a weekend).
