A: Grading services are currently offered exclusively by third-party companies like PCGS and NGC. These are international organizations that require membership for coin or banknote submissions. However, there are several PCGS Australian Authorised Dealers throughout Australia who can facilitate the process, offer competitive rates, and provide a convenient "one-stop shop" service. Q: Do you offer Lay-buy?
A: Loose Change Coins does not currently have a lay-buy option. However, we do provide "Buy Now Pay Later" services like Afterpay for your convenience.
Q: How long does it take to process my order? Do you email me when my order is dispatched?
A: Loose Change Coins processes orders daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. are processed the following business day. Postage typically occurs around 12 p.m. on these days. If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you've provided the correct email address.
