Returns and Cancellations Policy

Issues with Your Purchase?

If you have a problem or concern with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.


We understand that circumstances change. While cancellations due to change of mind (buyer's remorse, budgetary issues) or accidental purchases are generally not accepted, we may grant them at our discretion.

If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be subject to a 10% administration fee. All cancellations are considered at the discretion of Loose Change Coins.

Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Return Conditions:

Returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent, including all original packaging and contents. Please package returned goods securely to ensure safe transit through the postal system.

Loose Change Coins Discretion:

Any decisions made outside of Australian Consumer Law are at the discretion of Loose Change Coins, and our decision is final.

Uncirculated Coins:

The Royal Australian Mint defines uncirculated coins as coins that have not been distributed or used as currency.

Please note that even though many of our uncirculated coins come from mint rolls or bank bags and may be certified as uncirculated, they may still have minor marks, dents, scratches, or bag marks due to the minting process.

Mint Sets and Other Mint Products:

Uncirculated coins are mass-produced like circulating coins, but to a higher standard. However, they can still have minor imperfections. Please consider this before purchasing, as refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be accepted for this reason.
