An issue or problem with your purchase? Please get in contact with us as soon as you receive your purchase, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Please choose carefully!

As change of mind purchases (buyers remorse, budgetary issues) are not supported, as all items are imaged, and described to the best of our abilities.

Cancellations/alterations may be considered (at the discretion of Loose Change Coins) please notify us as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that a re-stocking fee of 10% may be applied to any orders cancelled/altered or returns received that do not fall under the Consumer Guarantee listed below.

Returns/Refunds are accepted as per Australian Consumer Law.

"If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor".

All decisions made outside of Australian Consumer Law are at the discretion of Loose Change Coins, and our decision is final.

On the Note of UNCIRCULATED COINS.

Though many these coins have been certified as uncirculated, or come from a Mint Roll, or Bank Bag this does not mean they will be free of marks/dents/scratches/bag marks.

On the Note of Mint Sets (Proof or Uncirculated)

 Uncirculated coins are minted using the same mass production techniques as circulating coins, though struck to a higher standard, they can still carry detracting marks.

Please consider this before your purchase, as refunds, exchanges, or returns may not be considered for this reason.
