    • La Ville duHavre et la Chambre de Commerce de la Ville du Havre pourront demander un décret fixant un délai de deux ans au maximum à dater dudit décret pendant lequel les billets encore en circulation devront être présentés au remboursement.

Translation:

  • The City of Le Havre and the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Le Havre may request a decree setting a maximum period of two years from the date of said decree during which banknotes still in circulation must be presented for reimbursement.

Reverse

  • Lettering:
    • The City of Le Havre and the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Le Havre may request a decree setting a maximum period of five years from the date of said decree during which banknotes still in circulation must be presented for reimbursement.
