This Stamp and Coin Cover released by Australia Post and the Perth Mint depicts the popular lunar year zodiac theme: Year of the Rooster.
The Australian legal tender coin, depicting a striking image of a Rooster, is the first Australian Lunar coin to be produced by the Perth Mint from Aluminium Bronze, and featuring with a massive 38.74mm diameter.
The coin is mounted on a brightly illustrated card featuring a Chinese style image. The card and coin are presented in a coloured envelope featuring a circular window to display the coin. The envelope displays a Christmas Island mini sheet with a 50c and a $1.45 stamp.
Each remains in great condition, with only minor wear.
