The Perth Mint's Third release of its annual ANZAC Day dollar coins paying tribute to all those who have served or are currently serving with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).

The design on this uncirculated dollar coin portrays two pilots wearing flight equipment. The background depicts a silhouetted bugler, the inscription ‘Lest We Forget’ and the date of ANZAC Day – April 25 – a day on which we honour all those who gave their lives in the service of their country.

‘P’ Mintmark

The aluminium bronze coin’s reverse also features The Perth Mint’s historic ‘P’ mintmark.

Australian Legal Tender

Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, the coin portrays the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse.

Presentation Display Card

The coin is housed on a presentation card with a imagery representing today's RAN.  With a fold-out stand, it allows the coin to be displayed upright alongside past and future releases.
