This 2018 Australian Twenty Cent Coin is part of the commemorative ANZAC Spirit Series, celebrating the value of Bravery that defined our nation during wartime. This coin pays tribute to the courageous actions of Australian soldiers, many of whom were awarded the Victoria Cross (VC) on the Western Front.

The reverse design is inspired by the stories of Australian bravery, such as Corporal "Snowy" Howel, whose courageous actions were witnessed by his whole battalion, providing great inspiration, and who later met King George V.
